How Betttyy became your neighbourhood café
Started with a simple idea
We wanted a place where the coffee was excellent, the pastries were made from scratch, and nobody rushed you out the door. In 2018 we opened our doors on the corner of Maple and Oak, and we've been baking and brewing ever since.
Everything we serve is made in-house. Our croissants take three days. Our bread is shaped by hand. We source beans from roasters we trust and train our baristas to pull a perfect shot. It's more work, but we think you can taste the difference.

We take the time to do things right. No shortcuts, no premade mixes. Just good ingredients and careful technique.

We're a neighbourhood spot. We know our regulars by name and we're here for the long haul.
